Braided sleeves are product that will be able to conform to almost all tubular shapes, creating a seamless and no-joints structure on the part. It will provides a continual load transfer and uniform thickness across the whole part.

Our COTS braided sleeves are in 45°, sleeve diameter ranges from 12mm to 80mm and length of 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m and 70m. Do let us know if your requirements is not within our COTS items. We can tailor to your needs.

TS-CT are woven roll wrapped carbon tubes that are laid in 0°/90°. These tubes are suitable for a wide range of applications including bicycles frames, UAVs, quad-copters, automation, leisure equipment, motor-sport and etc.

Our tubes comes from range of 6mm(OD) to 32mm(OD), with 1mm wall thickness, length of 1 meter; if your required dimensions did not fall into this range, you may contact us to let us know your needs.
